1990s upcycled skirt from 1940s handkerchiefs
Maxi skirt made in the 90s out of repurposed 1940s cotton handkerchiefs. Can be worn at the natural waist or lower on the hips depending on measurements and desired fit. Elastic waist band, polyester chiffon lining.
